Hosted by Federation of Hong Kong Industries and implemented by Hong Kong Productivity Council, the objective of the project is to transfer a world-class technology and operation model to Hong Kong mould and die industry and provide a series of Key Performance Indicator ( KPI ) on technology, production efficiency, parts precision and development lead-time.

We are now collecting the operational and technological data from Hong Kong mould manufacturers for database establishment of the Hong Kong mould and die industry.

Currently, the project has finished collecting data on the operation and technology of the Hong Kong mould and die manufacturing industry, as well as the field study of the pilot companies. The following is an overview of the Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ) and mid-term findings of the project:
