FHKI Group 14 (Hong Kong Mould & Die Council) and Group 15 (Hong Kong Plastics Industry Council) successfully hosted their Joint Dinner on 6 December 2023. The event was a vibrant and bustling occasion, with nearly 350 members and guests in attendance.

We were privileged to have Ms Lillian Cheong Man-lei, JP, Under Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, as our esteemed guest-of-honour. Warm welcoming addresses were delivered by Mr Steve Chuang, Chairman of the FHKI, Mr Felix Choi, Chairman of the HKMDC, and Mr Bernie Ting, Chairman of the HKPIC. The evening was marked by the attendance of representatives from the Federation of Asia Die and Mould Associations, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Hong Kong, and distinguished industry leaders and business associates from the local mould and die as well as the plastic sectors. This gathering facilitated a valuable exchange and interaction across regions. The HKMDC and the HKPIC remain committed to actively driving the industry towards intelligent transformation and technological innovation, with the collective aim of “Empowering the Industry with Innovation Transformation".
