Hong Kong Mould and Die Council & Hong Kong Plastics Industry Council have successfully held their annual joint dinner on 27 Oct 2017. The councils were delighted to have Dr Bernard Chan Pak-li, JP, Under Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development, to be the guest-of-honor.
